What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at contact@my-bister.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send your return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Are any purchases final sale?
These will be carefully marked before purchase. We are unable to accept returns on certain items.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

York facility. This allows us to offer immediate inspection and rapid dispatch without international
customs delays for our U.S. customers.

Where are your products manufactured?
If products are CDs and records imported from Japan. They are manufactured in Japan. Anything different will be notified and marked.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
